I've lived at Attiva Pearland for over a year. The renovations have been completed and the new club house is really nice. Amanda and her team have worked very hard to make improvements and ease the tenants concerns during the renovations.
The grounds are clean and well maintained and beautifully landscaped.

Update: We have new staff and I feel they are trying to make things better for the residents. As of now I am giving them a 5 Star rating for effort.

I must update my review. The staff I gave the 5 star review to is no longer working here. As of now it would not be fair to list the community as 5 stars. I will update once we get permanent staff and renovations/amenities are up and running again. 4/29/18

I am new to the area and chose this community because it was 55+. I came here just as the community changed to Attiva. I have to say the staff is excellent. Melissa, Aisha , Dante & staff go out of their way to help with any and all problems/questions.
Seems like the new management is trying to have more activities for the residents.
The community is well maintained and once the new renovations are complete it will be even better with modern apartments and a new and improved clubhouse & gym.
Last but not least we did not flood with Hurricane Harvey.
I would recommend living here.
