Erin was very friendly and helpful. Frames were done much earlier than I expected thanks to their great customer service. This is now my go-to frame shop!
On a whim I found them and jokingly said can you have it ready for me today? Custom framing done in three hours super impressed and saved me from being #momfail.

Erin was extremely patient and showed a lot of interest in my art. She provided me with several options and helped me identify the right frame. I am a first timer and her insights helped a lot.
She also took the time to explain all the wonderful art works in the shop and how even the most ordinary things can be brought forward by framing techniques. I already have a couple of projects in mind and will be revisiting her soon. I highly recommend this store.
