  Just wanna say we lived here for more than 9 years and loved every bit of it. Office and maintenance was always on top of it, really liked the online portal to pay rent and make maintenance request, made everything easy. A very friendly community, and parking is like any apartment community just need to get a garage or carport to resolve the issue of not finding a free spot to park on most nights. Thank you Cobblestone for the great living experience you made for me and my family.

  The reviews are not lying. There is too little visitor parking, the office staff are hit-or-miss, and the mail collection is annoying. These are true at any apartment. I expect an apartment to be loud at times and I expect to have some trouble with the management. With that in mind, this is a great value! Great neighbors, safe environment with minimal crime, lots of kids and dogs, beautiful walkways, prime location for commuting, lots of restaurants and shopping, no flooding duing Harvey, and ongoing maintenance/improvment work on the complex, and good price for the area. I'm happy here. Great place to be to save up for a house.
