  I experienced excellent customer service with all staff members. Veronica was excellent at helping me choose the best style of glasses and sunglasses for my style. The doctors offer technology that circumvents the need for the ol' air puff in the eyes. 10/10 will come again.

  This was my first time using an in network VSP provider and the service was SUPERIOR. We were greeted by Ms. Mai who was professional, considerate, effective, and efficient. She was the beginning of our AMAZING adventure. Next we encountered our tour guide to the best pair of glasses my son has acquired. Her name is Ms. Cheyenne. I explained to her how this was the first time I had used an IN-Network provider. I had always used Wal-mart and paid a great deal out of pocket for glasses that were of less quality and aesthetics. Ms. Cheyenne made us feel as if we were her Number ONE priority. She took time to analyze our needs and provided us with EXCEPTIONAL guidance regarding benefits and options. She even took the time to HAND WRITE on paper what it would cost us to have certain features. NOW THAT IS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE at a level rarely experienced. She not only provided a VERBAL breakdown but the corresponding VISUAL. I hope that she OWNS her own personal TSO someday in the future because Ms. Cheyenne is going to make a PHENOMENAL leader. WAY TO GO LADIES.

  Ample frame choice with superb customer service as a compliment. Mrs. Cheyenne was both patient and informative regarding what was covered through insurances. I am adament in my recommendation of TSO, and applaud the superb service provided by Mrs. Cheyenne.
