I came to this location to switch my service. RJ and Tanya, both, were nice and informative. I left feeling confident in what plan I purchased for myself and my family. They went over the breakdown of charges I were to see on my first bill and what to expect going forward. I’m satisfied with the process. The customer service was great!

If I could rate 0 I would! Worst place EVER! I went in for a broken screen and they charged me $81.00 and came out with nothing. I waited 7 days to have to come back to the store and get told nothing not a YES OR NO if my phone was fixed. The guy I spoke to was TONY! He said multiple time he would return my call on the status of the phone and nothing. I had to call him to get “ I’ll call you back in 5 minuets” and still nothing. Plus I was told that I had to pick my phone up at another locating that was not the store I dropped it off at. I didn’t get a discount or money back for a non working phone. I wouldn’t go to this place at all!!!!! It’s trash!!!! I had to go pick it up at a warehouse I recommend you take your phone to your phone company and claim it through insurance !!!!
