  Dr. Phelps is incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and professional, and very thorough. Working with him very quickly alleviated my plantar fasciitis. I went from crying in pain the second my foot hit the ground every morning and limping throughout the day, to walking and even running within a month. Granted, I went to him at the immediate onset of symptoms (in other words, I didn't wait months or even years with this condition), but his PT regimen, when followed accordingly, was extremely effective. He examined my condition as well as my body alignment (he is a chiropractor, after all), explained the causes of my symptoms, and initiated a program that including stretches, strengthening, and using a lacrosse ball and foam roller. Every session began with him working on my soft tissue and ended with teaching me techniques to stretch and strengthen. You can google any information you want (I certainly did), but his methods are easy to follow and work. He's very good at what he does and a really nice person to boot! I highly recommend his practice.

  Dr. Charles Phelps is amazing at Airrosti. I went in with pain and tenderness due to a broken tib/fib on my right ankle. I was unable to walk straight due to the surgery. After only 4 appointments, I was good as new. He was very knowledgeable in the areas I needed to work on and how to correct the problem. Through deep tissue work and exercises, I am now able to walk without pain. I would definitely recommend Airrosti to everyone. I was skeptical before going but I'm definitely a believer now.

  Charles Phelps is wonderful! I am finally returning to the sport I love! He helped with resolving my plantar fasciitis, as well as restoring mobility and eliminating swelling and pain in my foot after surgery and many months in a CAM boot. I highly recommend Airrosti therapy and Dr. Phelps!

  Dr. Phelps is awesome to work with. Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Great with accessory work to assist with the troubled areas. Would definitely recommend him to anybody looking at Airrosti for treatment.

  I feel amazing! Immediate results after the first session! Dr. Phelps and the Airrosti team are amazing! I'm so glad my Podiatrist recommended this to me. I wish I had known about Airrosti sooner, then I wouldn't have had to suffer in pain for so long. They really know what they are doing.
