  My mom passed away back in 2016, cemetery is kept clean, Staff helpful , especially Angie since day on she has been there to answer all of my questions , was able to text her at any time during the day responded text in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this place, great staff and service.

  My mom was buried at San Jacinto Memorial Park in 2011; however the funeral services were handled by a different funeral home. Recently my dad was diagnosed with Stage 5 Renal Failure and I decided to contact San Jacinto Funeral Home to obtain information about their services and pre-planning packages. An appointment was arranged with Ruben Garcia to meet my schedule. Ruben was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the entire process. He responded to all of my questions/concerns, he presented all of their services and then allowed me to make my own decisions without any pressure to purchase any additional services/items. He patiently listened to the type of service I wanted for my dad. Ruben even met with me twice on the same day; the second time I brought my sisters so they could assist in the planning process. He explained, to my sisters, the same process he had explained to me earlier in the day; he patiently explained and answered their questions (even without knowing if we were going to use their services). Planning for a funeral is extremely difficult, however Ruben’s patience and compassion made the process much easier. He has even kept in touch asking about the family and my dad’s health. Thank you Ruben for assisting us in this emotional and difficult process.

  Family Service Advisor, Ruben Garcia, personally came to my home to explain all the services San Jacinto has available to help ensure final arraignments for my mother's memorial service are in place giving us peace of mind. Thank you, Ruben, for amazing service!

  I don't know where to begin with the review of the San Jacinto Funeral Home and Memorial Park. The assisting staff, Ruben Garcia, was phenomenal in providing current information, breakdown of pay schedules, and the various options available from Veteran Services to the basic services provided. The attentive service, quick responses, and compassion shown were quite exceptional from my perspective as the son burying his father. From the initial contact of making the necessary arrangements, making payment, collecting my father, making the necessary arrangements for my mother, and all the peripheral components of the process were well taken care of. Ruben Garcia has been on top of the entire process and available when answers were needed. I cannot thank him and the surrounding staff enough. ACES!!!
