I am so grateful to have HMB Pilates nearby. Colleen and Lele are gifted instructors, and strive to make the workouts challenging and interesting with the reformers, Cadillac and chairs, along with teaching best ways to increase core strength in a fun environment. I've known them for many years, and they are an incredible team!
This place is a coastside gem. Colleen and Lele are the best! I love the small town feel of HMB Pilates.. Just the right class size; they get to know their clients... it’s a great combination of a hard workout and easy-going, fun, chill atmosphere. ????????????????????????????????????????
