  I come here most days to walk my dogs and love this quiet little Park everybody seems to be nice and friendly and although it is on leash park it is a great place to have a good walk with your dogs or with your friends enjoy this great place

  I work nearby so steal an hour when I can to go out for a walk here n the coast line. It provides the perfect scenery for a little escape from work and blasting air conditioning to visit the variety of critters (squirrels, bunnies and lizards) as well as a myriad of birds. It's very quiet and clean and well maintained. I bring my kids here to ride bikes along the miles and miles on paved pathway when I have time as well. Nice place. I'm here at least 4 days a week.

  Great place to run. There's a lot of beautiful species of birds in the area, unfortunately a lot of trash near the shore

  Another hidden gem in the East Bay. Located near the Oakland airport, this nature preserve offers great viewing of migratory birds , as well as yearly residents. If you are lucky, you might even spot a Ridgway's rail! The pathways are all tarmac, so it is great for folks with mobility issues. There is a lot of parking, as well, and well maintained bathrooms.

  This is my go to local spot for walking and birding. It's acceptable with an abundance of seating opportunities. Year round family fun.
