Tommy helped us out tremendously. Our KIA Sedona was making a horrible sound and the shops we brought it to, either couldn't figure out the problem or didn't want to deal with the work of trying to find what was the cause. I was so frustrated that I got on FB and asked for help. Thank God someone recommended Tommy's Automotive. We contacted Tommy and he said bring it right in, the next day he called and said I haven't figured it out yet but I won't give up until I do. That's all we wanted to hear, someone who really cared about helping us and not just saying "can't find the problem and you need to get this car out of our shop" which was really said to us by a local shop. Four days later Tommy found the cause of the noise and fixed our van. Tommy is a honest and hard working mechanic and a good person. We will be going back to Tommy, I can tell you that right now.
