Dr Menchaca always seems to take me seriously. When I tell him what I think to be the problem he looks into it instead of treating me like a child or as if I couldn’t possibly know what is wrong I m not a dr. He takes me seriously and don’t question my knowledge. I guess my point is he listens to me and is interested in what I think needs to be looked at. All the knowledge in the world can’t replace a dr who listens instead of cutting U off with out hearing ur opinions. I also never seem to have a difficult time getting in to see him when I need to. Sometimes I feel like I need to tell him what needs to be done as far as tests to run labs ext but he may have gotten there eventually I just mentioned first. I actually come from Ventura and drive extra distance to Dr Menchaca.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Been coming for over 15 years and would never change physicians and office. Thank you so much to all staff! You guys are amazing!
