  Shihan Brooks is the real deal. If you're a Pro MMA fighter you will learn to be more efficient. If you're in government or a peace officer you will learn to respond to weapons without hopefully needing to use yours. If you're just starting out or even a retired grandmother, after a while people around you will be safer just because you're near. All walks of life will benefit from Warrior based training. Martial arts should work if your 20 years old or 90 years old. Our Soke in Japan is 86 and still kicks everyones ass. I will add I've never been injured in this Dojo.
