  Calling a mechanic is like rolling the dice: it can be risky. You bring your car in and you're not sure what the mechanic is going to claim they've found. Not all of us know how to fix our own cars so we have no choice but to pick someone and hope that they're trustworthy. I was referred to Andrade by a family member who swore by their service and a personal reference is better than blindly picking someone through a search engine so I brought my car there … and I could not have been happier. My first experience at Andrade wasn't perfectly smooth: I dropped my car off later than I was supposed to and it wasn't ready until the following day. I thought "I was the one that was late" but they said they might have it ready later that day so I waited...until I got the call that it wasn't going to be. When I went to pick it up the next day, they apologized ("Why?" I thought: I dropped it off late.) and explained that another customer came in and needed an urgent repair as they were on their way out of town. That's understandable. I was there first but there is such a thing as problems having a higher priority. This guy needed to get out of town and his vehicle had to work whereas my problem wasn't urgent. I could spare waiting until the next day so I was 'ok' with having to wait. That was the 1st thing I liked. Urgent issues get priority but then I found out that they were there until late at night trying to get that guy on the road and that struck a chord with me. This is a family business. They're committed to this business and to their customers. Some people work a job with set hours and go home without any care or concern for their customers but not this place. Someone needed help and they helped them. That was the 2nd thing I liked. The 3rd thing was the bill. Sometimes when you hand someone a headache problem, you get a headache bill but when I saw the bill, it was clear that they weren't giving away their time but in this day and age, you expect the worst. You expect that the mechanic is going to try charge you whatever they can because they know you're in a vulnerable position: they have knowledge and experience that you don't have. When I saw the bill, it felt fair and that was refreshing. So this place goes the extra mile to help their customers and they do it for a fair price. Why wouldn't you go here?

  Great family owned company, Gabriels fast very knowledgeable. Maria with awesome customer service. I would recommend them to any friend or business that needs quality work at great prices.

  Happy, I found this auto repair shop. Honest, friendly, reasonable and reliable. They go above any auto repair shop I have been to. Can’t say enough about my experiences that I have had with them. I’m lucky to have my cars serviced here.

  Had a great experience with this place. We were on our way to Florida and ran into some car troubles. We arrived 15 minutes before they were closing on a Friday night. The family was extremely hospitable. They went above and beyond and stayed several hours after their closing time to make sure we were taken care of. They even followed up with us the following day to check in and make sure everything was OK! If I lived in the area this would be my go to place!
