Ray Heating & Cooling

We have been using Ray Heating & Cooling on our rentals and they have always been very responsive, on time, and provided excellent service for my AC and heating needs. Mike has been our tech in all the occasions and he is no exception! He did a great job, was very friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend him.

I would honestly give this service experience fifteen stars if I could! My serviceman was prompt and professional. He was open and honest about the condition of my AC unit. He worked diligently to ensure that it was in good working order, and it has been. I'd never had service from this company before, but I assure you, that this is the beginning of a new business relationship!

Edwin from Ray Heating & Cooling was probably one of the best technicians I have ever seen. He was very knowledgeable and comprehensive that even a child can understand what the problem is. He was super professional and polite. He laid out all further options for us. Price was very fair and reasonable and better than the market rate. Edwin was very detailed in explaining how it all works with the cost and everything it involved and we really appreciated since we had no clue about all this.
