Great service, had the part in the truck, washing machine up and running in a matter of minutes
Pam has had to make 2 house calls related to my washer and dryer. She arrived on time, explained in detail the problem(s) she found and was able to make the needed repairs that day. For someone who is not versed in mechanical repairs, having Pam take the time to explain the issues in a manner that was helpful reflects a level of professionalism I appreciate.

Pam and her team were wonderful although my washing machine was not (don't buy a Samsung). She came out at least 5 times to try to fix my washer and even brought 2 other techs to ensure she wasn't missing anything before finally telling me it would best to just get a new one. She didn't charge me for all of her time spent and I appreciate that in today's business that there are people who will not rip you off. I look forward to using them if I have an appliance that actually can be fixed.
