Pop-up tent only open 4 nights evenings each week, but totally worth the visit. Actual Al Pastor meat -- roasting on a vertical spit, topped with a fresh cut pineapple. Haven't found a single other place around that does that. The beef tongue and chorizo are also excellent. Thanks!
