  I love that the workout is coached but I can control my level of intensity and see how I’m doing on the monitors. The coaches know your name and are great instructors and motivators. I feel stronger and am running faster each week!

  Orangetheory is the most motivating workout I have ever done. The support, encouragement, and accountability from the Coaches is amazing and I’ve made incredible improvements to my health. Over 20 pounds lost and gains in strength, confidence, and endurance.

  I love how every day is different. I love that the coaches both push and encourage. After you go for a while you develop such an incredible community of people who genuinely care.

  So far I've done two classes and am loving the way the classes are orchestrated, and the energy of the coaches. The whole team are genuinely excited to be there and make sure the member's experience is second to none. I'm sore, but in a VERY good way. Looking forward to the next class.
  
  7 Months into these wonderful workouts, and here's some more information:
  
  The staff is excellent, always make me feel welcome, and the coaches are always energetic and ready to motivate us. I also really appreciate how OTF keeps us accountable, no show, we pay. It seems harsh, but I think it is super effective. The workouts are amazing, and I love that it's never the same workout twice. Often I think 'I will never get through this workout', and you know what, I do, every time! Love it! Wish I could get everyone to workout there with me, always.

  I like that every class is different, but love all the coaches and staff at OTF Thornton. They are all very energetic, extremely supportive, and are always encouraging you to do your best. I have never burned so many calories in just a one hour workout!
