    Small shop but big on service. I wanted a robot vacuum that I had difficulty finding in Florida in any pool store. I went through the list of vendors for the Maytronics Dolphin M500 and repeatedly heard they don't carry it and they couldn't get it for me. Until I called John. He could and did...so much for the small shop! I was a little bit on the fence about the purchase initially, but John was very knowledgeable and spent the extra time answering all my questions. So I ordered the M500, but with the holidays, there were some shipping issues. I called John and he tracked it down and called me to let me know when it would arrive. It did a few days later and in perfect condition. A couple of months later, I realized I hadn't filled out the warranty card and had lost the receipt. No future warranty work without it, so I called John again and he remembered me. And resent the receipt. Try that with a big box store! The M500 is a great little machine and I have zero regrets with the purchase. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. But it is a machine and they do eventually need to be replaced. But at least I know where to get another one. Customer for life, John! Thanks for everything!

    It's a small shop Inside but they do more than the other bigger pool stores. The guy that is there everytime I go in is super friendly and knows his stuff. 5 stars from me!

    We recently moved and learned we needed a whole new pool light kit. John was very knowledgeable and had it ordered the same day. Great communication regarding install date and the installer was very knowledgeable, personable and meticulous about his work. Thank you!

    Had a great experience here John is very knowledgeable of the manage and care of pools. He takes the time to carefully explain how to use the products to obtaining a fabulous beautiful pool. He gives exceptional customer service come here it is definitely a great experience.
