Fantastic Experience from beginning to end! My husband and I had been wanting to take the carpet out of our master bedroom and closet for quite some time. We had visited Floor and Decor on several occasions and left feeling confused with the information (or lack of information). We went to Pearland Carpet and Flooring and met Martin, who was so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! We picked out a floor on a Saturday, Martin came over himself a few hours later to take the measurements and our floors were installed Thursday! The installers were friendly, hard-working and did an excellent job! This was, by far, one of the easiest vendor transactions I have experienced. Highly recommend!
Great customer service. Martin and Connie made the carpet buying process a joy. Purchased our carpet Monday (ordered, not stock) and it was installed Thursday of the following week. The installation team was courteous, on time, thorough and FAST!! We are extremely pleased with our experience for the two rooms we had done and will definitely be back when we are ready to do the rest of the house.
