  I did the 12 week transformation at this gym .These are the pros and cons
  Pros
  Workout is hardcore intense , you will reap some results with consistency
  Motivating Coaches-Battle was my trainer
  
  Cons
  I was expecting more coaching with the almost $1000 fee I paid for the transformation. They just add u to an fb group and make you download an app.They give you a meal plan to follow.They dont check the app daily.they do random checks .I think you are better off paying their monthly fee for their regular program because I see no difference apart from the app n meal plan
  
  Space was big issue here especially during evening classes.There are so many programs running concurrently and you may end up bumping into someone at just a turn around . They need to plan on program times and space
  
  Overall a good gym but they can do better.

  Good gym great people! Went there for the dollar trial session, treated me as if I was a million dollar client.

  The trainers are supportive, and the people are like family. The workouts inspire you to eat healthier, and you begin to think about fitness differently.

  This gym rocks! Absolutely THE most challenging workout I’ve ever done ( and I’ve done them ALL) I’m addicted ???????? My trainer Danzell is fantastic! And I can’t believe how impeccably clean this gym always is considering how much sweat I leave on the floor every time, sheesh. Great place if you want results!

  I absolutely LOVE this facility! The staff is very professional and always friendly. The trainers are very encouraging and really enable you to push past what you “think” are your limits! They offer a wide range of customized workouts designed to help you meet your individual goals. If you’re serious about attaining your weight goals, I encourage you to try this gym out. You won’t be disappointed!
