I cannot say enough about the staff at Pediatric Connection. They accidentally forgot to place an order for my children's formula (which happens) but they did everything in their power to make it right. They sent someone out to the office at 8pm on a Friday night to look for formula. They had someone drive 40 min. to meet me to drop off the formula the next day. They kept an open line of communication throughout the process. They not only owned up to their mistake but worked with me so that I could get the formal for my children.
