  I went to three dealerships before Dennis Sneed and wished I would've went here first. Claudia helped me over the phone and via text. She specifically drove the truck I was asking about and text me pictures and videos. I was able to send her information on my trade in so that when I arrived everything was already started. I accidentally left my sunglasses in my trade in and reached out to Claudia who found them and met up with me at a more convenient location to return them. Financing was a breeze and Derrick was able to find me a better interest rate than my current bank. I definitely recommend Claudia, Derrick, and Dennis Sneed Ford.

  Just bought a 2017 Ford Fusion from them and absolutely love it. Claudia was very helpful and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend going there if you’re looking for a new or used vehicle for reasonable pricing.

  It helped that I already knew the vehicle I was wanting to purchase, but the salesman and everyone else who assisted made the process even easier. Upon test driving, we realized the rear seat armrest cupholder was not functioning. Scheduling a service appointment was quick and easy, and the part was covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. They ordered a new part and had it replaced in a timely manner. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

  This was the first car my husband and I have ever purchased from a dealership, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
  Everyone throughout the process was helpful, not pushy, and kind. Anthony Hayes did a great job, and we really loved to see that the owner of the dealership, as well as the manager we're out on the floor interacting with his staff and customers.
  I never thought I would be laughing so much while buying a car. We will definitely look here first for our future vehicles!

  Great dealership and great people to work with. Very friendly and personable. Worth our long drive and great selection. Went over all the paperwork with us and explained everything well. Would recommend this dealership and sales Rick Sousa.
