  My experience with Kramer's Piano Shop was a very positive one. I did not know a lot about the humidity control system. The technician came to tune my piano and encouraged me to consider this system. I am so happy that I did. I think of the Piano Life Saver System (which it is called) as one of the most important investments that I have made and I have full confidence that it will add to the life of my piano.
  
  The technician handled the installation process very professionally and was very patient to make sure that I understood everything that I needed to know and what my part would be to take care of the System which is so quick and easy.
  
  My sincere thanks to Kramer's Piano Shop of New Midway, Maryland.
  Almost a year has passed since I made this purchase and I would recommend it to anyone who has a piano that you truly care about.

  I most highly recommend the expert services of this company. They are extremely professional and you can feel totally comfortable with them coming into your home and providing the highest level of service for your piano. Would never consider calling anyone else.

  EVERY encounter I've had with Kramer's has been top notch! We've gotten pianos tuned, been to the shop and gotten pieces from them. I get great feedback from everyone I've referred to them too (e.g., moving pianos). In the newspaper I've seen their community service at work which has far reaching benefits for many! Check out Kramer's first!!

  I hired Kramer’s to move a baby grand piano I bought from an individual in Maryland to my home in West Virginia and I couldn’t have been more impressed and pleased with their professionalism. I’ve since hired them to continue the care of my piano for the last four years. I trust them completely. I can not stress enough the depth of professionalism and knowledge of their craft exhibited with every contact I have them.
