I started following Stephanie's fitness page on Facebook over a year ago and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am so blessed to have found such an amazing trainer! Her passion and dedication is like no other!! She has such a drive to help others!! She inspires me everyday to push myself a little bit more. She has helped me to understand that fitness is not all about the number on the scale, but more about being fit, strong and healthy!! She LOVES to celwbrate nonscale victories. I know that I can count on her for support during the accomplishments and the struggles. She works with you to find something that works for you. She always stresses that everybody responds differently to different workouts. She will find what works for your body and what you enjoy!! Stephanie will always have a smile on her face and a positive attitude!!!
