The office staff is very friendly and I feel they care about patient care.
I truly love this office. I have ALWAYS had trouble with offices trying to get my blood or place catheters. On one occasion, they brought in 3 different people to get to get a sample and during a separate event, they had to bring in the IV team to try and place a catheter. I've had blood drawn at this lab twice now and both times they have had no problems getting my samples. It was a different person both times. I feel very confident in their abilities and would recommend this office to anyone. They have always been very friendly when I've come into the office, as well!
I purposely chose this office, #1 the location, parking, distance of their office from the entrance because I have difficulty walking and #2 the reviews. The ladies working there were great! Pleasant and professional with no trouble finding my vein. I would recommend this office.
