  I was searching online for Zumba classes and came across this studio in my neighborhood. I had no idea about all the options this place has to offer in regard to fitness. The owners, Keith & Tawnya are so positive and full of awesome energy. They are quick to share their knowledge and tips, and the group members are encouraging and fun...I love going to this place! They offer Virtual Group Fitness classes for EVERY level and provide everything that is needed to get in shape or maintain. I will definitely continue using my annual membership. Hope to see you there!

  I used to belong to large gyms, but found that I didn't use any of the equipment there and just wanted to do the classes. I would have conflicts with my schedule, not end up going, and just waste my money. LDT Fitness offers an extended hour service where you can access the classes and equipment on your own terms. I love that I can roll out of bed in the morning and head over when it works best for me. I usually book a studio room the day before (which also helps with accountability) and when I get there, I choose a class. Sometimes it's cardio/weights, sometimes it's yoga/pilates, you can choose what you need. I also love the option of going to the group Zumba classes that are in the evenings during the week and are always upbeat and fun.

  I do not make a habit of writing reviews or talking about myself on social media but this review is long overdue. I joined this studio in January 2015. I have cerebral palsy and my goals were to gain strength and mobility. The studio is welcoming, has a family feel and you will be pushed to reach your goals. I participate in their Zumba and Body Pump classes. I have reached my goals of greater strength and mobility and I have also gained 1-3% bone mass. This was an unexpected benefit!!! Thank you LDT Fitness!! Being part of your community has truly been life changing!

  This is a fantastic place. They have instructor led classes and virtual classes. My wife does the instructor Zumba classes and I prefer the virtual. Because of my schedule I can come in at 5 in the morning or 11 at night. The variety of the classes is amazing. From body pump and combat to yoga and dance there is something for everyone. I started a year ago at 230 pounds. The scale this morning put me at 198.
