  I have to definitely say it has improve a lot. It's faster. I dont expect costumer service like if I was tipping them or eating out somewhere. Pretty neutral service. I need my test, they do their job, I pay and go. Remember they are not mechanics so dont get upset or start asking questions if your car did not pass. Only issue with me is the small room you go into where theres not enough seats at times. Get some in there with maybe a charging port and people will just sit back and relax.

  I was very surprised that for a Monday they were not busy. Also the service was fast. Not bad at all and besides no need to complaint for those that have left low reviews, you have to do this how many times a year? Please be patient it not like the staff is ignoring us and not doing their jobs.
