  Not long after posting my initial review, the owner of the company, Steve Miller, reached out to me personally to find out what happened with my issue and to see how he could rectify it. I spoke at length with him and he came out personally to check out my lawn. Gave a solid alternative to spending big money on sod, and offered his services to fix the lawn and treat it at a reasonable price. He personally oversaw setting it up and then came out to do the work himself. Its refreshing to see a company pride itself in its work and make sure to fix any issues rapidly. Extremely impressed with Steve and how he handled the situation.

  Unfortunately im torn here on how to review. I have used their pest control service for over a year and its been great,so they would easily get 5 stars if that were it. However i also attempted to use them for sod installation, and that is where things went horribly wrong. I called, spoke to a rep who said someone would get back to me shortly. 3 days later someone finally reached out to me.. VIA TEXT MESSAGE.. they asked 2 or 3 questions about what i was looking for, i responded letting them know what I was looking for.. and then I never heard from them again. Very disappointed, as i was hoping to make things easy and use the same company for multiple services.. Sadly, it would be a straight 0 stars for the lawn section of the business based solely on the unprofessional nature and the lack of contact in the end.

  Jason from there pest control has been great! Came out late afternoon to help with an issue at the house. Very knowledgeable and customer oriented. I highly recommend their pest control.

  From the moment I met Mark Payton I felt comfortable with his advice and knowledge of the best way to treat my yard. Miller was recommended by a friend who has been a customer for a while. So far, I could not be happier. We signed up for the service and they have delivered on every promise. I would recommend to others!
