  I had an tech issue with Tmobile. Kat was on the phone with 611 for almost TWO hours. Kat was so patient you couldnt tell she was frustrated. Even though i don’t think she was but i was. BEST SERVICE EVER! Ask for Kat!!!

  Chuy was such a big help and he went totally out of his way to help us. He was very genuine and knew what he was talking about. He was very concerned with our needs and was selfless. We were very satisfied with his service and we recommend anyone to personally ask for chuy.
