DST is an incredible place to train for athletics. The trainers and staff that work there are genuinely good people that truly care about their athletes. They have a calculated approach to training each athlete to help them see the most amount of progress in their sport. 10/10 would highly recommend!

My name is Brody Logsdon, I work out at DST often, and i believe this establishment is much more than just a sports development center, these guys really admire the relationship that they build with you, as well as making sure you are reaching your physical peak. I know everytime I go to DST i feel like I’m apart of a huge family. And that’s is something most sports training facilities are missing. If you are looking for serious results and a family atmosphere then DST is the place for you. These guys are so professional. Proud to be apart of the #DSTFAMILY!!
